Who We Are...
Form-Tech Machining and Fabrication opened for operations in Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada, in 1992. It all started as a small machining facility which eventually grew through loyal customers, hard work and sheer determination to become southern Alberta’s most diversified “turn-key” machining and fabrication facility.
We currently operate 40,000 sq. ft. of facility space with all the necessary latest in “cutting-edge,” industrial manufacturing equipment. We strive to keep pace with today’s ever-advancing technology by carefully considering each piece of new technology to help further our capabilities.
Exporting and shipping globally, Form-Tech has fast become another Canadian success story.

We work with a wide spectrum of materials such as stainless steel, mild steel, a large range of alloy steel, food-grade stainless steel, plastics and aluminum. At Form-Tech, “the sky’s the limit.” We weld, machine, cut and “slice and dice” anything you send our way, per your instructions. We an assortment of materials we keep on-hand, so we’re ready to take on any and all projects with the least amount of wait time.
